Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists to provide in-person services to students in Washington, DC for the current school year. Roles include 1–5 days per week, with opportunities for direct therapy, speech-only caseloads, and evaluations.

You’ll work with Pre-K through 12th grade across diverse ages, during regular school hours, with flexible scheduling and a dedicated support team. Compensation is competitive and hourly.

Qualifications

• Current DC Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Willingness to obtain required clearances.
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to secure coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services.
• Manage speech-only caseloads.
• Develop goals and contribute to IEPs.
• Implement IEPs and monitor student progress.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with school teams, families and other providers.
