Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Bothell, WA seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students through targeted therapy. This contract role offers flexible terms, including part-time or full-time schedules, through December 2026 and May 2027, with growth opportunities across a diverse caseload.

You'll evaluate, treat, and document progress, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and valid SLP licensure required.
• Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other support personnel.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities using standardized tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Deliver both individual and small-group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support learning goals.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Engage and communicate progress with parents and caregivers.
