Oak Grove School District seeks an Intensive Behavior Specialist (Itinerant) for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves ABA-based training, coaching, and direct intervention aligned with student IEP goals. Time is allocated to support multiple schools on a 6-hour itinerant schedule.

Responsibilities include data collection and collaboration with the BCBA to implement individualized strategies across classrooms, ensuring safe and effective student participation in the school community.

Formación

• Certification: Possess a valid Registered Behavior Technician certificate issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Letter(s) of Recommendation: A minimum of two dated within the past year.
• Other: BA in Psychology or Special Education OR minimum of three years of experience providing Intensive Behavior Intervention approved related field.
• Proof of HS Graduation: Education equivalent to the completion of High School Diploma.
• Resume: Must include a minimum of two years of working with children, preferably in special education.

Responsabilidades

• Provide training, coaching, and specialized direct intervention following ABA principles.
• Assist teachers and behavioral staff with intervention materials and classroom generalization.
• Collect, process, and analyze data from intervention sessions in collaboration with BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA to provide coaching and training of individualized behavioral strategies.
