Job summary

A growing technology company in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced ITIL specialist to manage ITIL processes and drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) projects. The ideal candidate will possess over 4 years of experience in ITSM tools like Service Now or BMC Remedy, along with strong communication and planning skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, and this is a full-time permanent opportunity for U.S. citizens and authorized workers only.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in implementing ITIL and related disciplines.
• 3 years of experience with Service Now or BMC Remedy.
• ITIL v3 Intermediate certificate preferred.
• Experience in a management consulting environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies/tools and CSI projects.
• ITIL v3 Intermediate certificate or administration certificate on ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Analytical and communication skills, planning and coordination, project management experience.

Job Description

• Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 2000, or CMMI
• Minimum of 4+ years overall experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management
• At least 3 years of experience with Service Now or BMC Remedy or other ITSM tools as an advanced user
• Knowledge of the ITIL v3 service life cycle and ITSM best practices
• Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools, ITIL process implementation, Driving/working part of CSI projects
• Knowledge of technology metrics, scorecard implementation, and project management best practices
