Role: Change Manager L3

Title - ITIL Release Manager

Location - Austin TX

Skills -

• ITIL Release Manager experience is required.
• Mandatory Skill: Release Management experience: Hands-on experience with Remedy for CRQ management from start to finish, including reviews and audits. Prior experience managing Releases/ITSM for enterprise-level applications.
• Preferred Skill: Strong understanding of Deployment, Automation, Harness, CICD pipelines.
• Hybrid Mode: requires working from the customer location in Austin, TX for a specified number of days.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• 8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and related processes
• ITIL V3 / 2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification
• Ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams, engage with customers, and coordinate with vendors
• Effective communication skills

Mandatory Skills: ITIL Change Management, 5-8 years of experience. Expected annual pay ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. The role includes standard benefits such as medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
