Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience with customer service.
• Experience in item processing or related financial roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• High level of awareness and vigilance in identifying potential fraudulent checks.
• Excellent communication skills with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process a variety of financial transactions, including checks, deposits, bill pay and related items via mail, mobile, or ATM channels.
• Use item processing systems to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions.
• Review processed transactions to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy to maintain financial records integrity.
• Maintain retention and storage of the ATM and Remittance work.
• Respond to inquiries from members, branches, and departments in a timely manner.
