Tyson Foods is hiring for a Hatchery Worker Labor HY01 on the 1st shift in Springdale, AR. The role lasts four days with varying hours, involving moving heavy racks, maintaining sanitation, and safe handling of eggs and chicks.

Hatchery Worker Labor HY01 – (Embrex) Shift: 1st – Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (4-Day Work Week) Hours Vary: 7:45 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. or until finished. Must have a flexible work schedule.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered, an Animal Welfare background check is required. Will not consider applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods 3X or more.
Must have 6 months consecutive work history with one employer within the previous 12 months.
Only applicants from the following counties in Arkansas will be considered: Washington, Benton, and Madison County in AR, Adair County in OK, and McDonald County in MO, or within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
