Search Masters, Inc. is seeking a compliance specialist to manage the full import/export process under ITAR and EAR. You will establish procedures and recordkeeping in alignment with regulatory requirements and train teammates on applicable regulations across the organization.

The role requires at least 2 years of ITAR/EAR exposure, strong knowledge of export/import processes, and effective communication skills; a BS degree is preferred, with equivalent experience considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with ITAR/EAR compliance regulations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of export and import processes.
• BS degree preferred; open to candidates with equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full import and export compliance process, ensuring adherence to ITAR and EAR
• Establish and maintain compliance procedures and recordkeeping in accordance with ITAR and EAR requirements
• Train team members and communicate applicable regulations and procedures across the organization
