Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Export Compliance professional to join the Export Compliance and Licensing team. You will manage export license applications, conduct investigations, and train staff on ITAR and EAR requirements.

The role requires deep knowledge of ITAR/EAR, 5+ years with an ITAR registered defense contractor, and hands-on experience as an Empowered Official. You will collaborate with Programs, Contracts, and Global sites to maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a Business Discipline.
• 5+ years of experience working for an ITAR registered defense contractor.
• Minimum of 5 years as an Empowered Official (22 C.F.R. 120.62).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export license applications including TAA, MLA, DSP-5 and CCATS.
• Support U.S. facilities use with ACE Portal System.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, OFAC, EAR, and Census regulations.
• Perform watch list screening using export management system.
• Review export related contractual terms and conditions.
