Job summary

Ztek Consulting seeks a 3DExperience Application Support specialist to provide comprehensive support for 3DEXPERIENCE in an ITAR-compliant environment in the United States. You will troubleshoot across CAD modules and work closely with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.

Responsibilities include monitoring logs, assisting with patches/upgrades, documenting resolutions for audits, and conducting root cause analyses to prevent recurrence while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE and CAD systems.
• Knowledge of PLM workflows and data governance.
• Proven ability to operate in ITAR/compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR environment (L1-L3).
• Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across 3DX modules.
• Monitor system logs and user activity to identify recurring issues and trends.
• Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
• Assist in patching, version upgrades, and routine system maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Maintain incident/resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
