Job summary

I3 INFOTEK INC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst specialized in the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform to drive PLM initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements across the enterprise. The role acts as a liaison among business stakeholders, engineering, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and optimization of ENOVIA, CATIA/SolidWorks, and DELMIA.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
• Strong requirements elicitation and business process analysis skills.
• Experience supporting PLM implementations and digital transformations.
• Proficiency with PLM integrations and data modeling.
• Comfort with Agile/Scrum project environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and provide train-the-trainer support for 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
• Define and optimize PLM workflows, EBOM/MBOM processes, data models.
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborate to design, configure, deploy, and drive PLM adoption.
• Support continuous improvement, governance, and data quality.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT planning, testing, and approvals.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprints.
