Job summary

Ztek Consulting seeks a 3DExperience Application Support specialist to provide comprehensive support for 3DEXPERIENCE in an ITAR-compliant environment in the United States. You will troubleshoot across CAD modules and work closely with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.

Responsibilities include monitoring logs, assisting with patches/upgrades, documenting resolutions for audits, and conducting root cause analyses to prevent recurrence while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE and CAD systems.
• Knowledge of PLM workflows and data governance.
• Proven ability to operate in ITAR/compliant environments.

Job Title: 3DExperience Application Support - Full-time

• Provide support for 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant environment.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules.
• Ensure all data access, handling, and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies.
• Work closely with the business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues.
• Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Candidate should have strong expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE and CAD systems
• Strong Understanding of PLM workflows and data governance
• Application troubleshooting & support (L1, L2, L3)
• System Integration / Configuration
• Experience in co-ordinate with different divisions' stakeholders
