Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a skilled IT professional to provide support for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in an ITAR-compliant environment. You will troubleshoot across multiple 3DX modules and collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.

Responsibilities include monitoring logs, user activity, and error trends, applying patches and upgrades with minimal disruption, and maintaining incident documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant environment.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules.
• Ensure all data access, handling, and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies.
• Work closely with the business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues.
• Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
