Job summary

Encavis AG is seeking an Origination Manager Italy to drive the commercial growth of its renewable energy portfolio in Italy. You will originate, structure and close corporate PPAs, building strong relationships with offtakers and utilities while coordinating with investment and risk teams to ensure competitive and sustainable terms.

You will work within a multinational team, leveraging a robust network in Italy to expand Encavis' pipeline across wind, solar and storage assets.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in renewable energy origination or related commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of the Italian energy market and dynamics of renewables.
• Established network with Italian industrial clients, utilities or market participants.
• Commercial mindset capable of creating structured, value-driven solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English in an international business setting.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, negotiate and execute short- and long-term PPAs and route-to-market solutions in Italy across technologies.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate offtakers, utilities and market participants to grow Encavis' pipeline in Italy.
• Prepare and manage PPA tenders, evaluate opportunities and submit competitive offers.
• Develop tailored commercial structures to maximize portfolio value and growth in the Italian market.
• Collaborate with Investment, Project Finance, Legal, Energy Portfolio Management and Risk teams to ensure executable strategies.
• Represent Encavis in key commercial discussions and negotiations within the Italian energy market.
