Job summary

Gulfstream is seeking a Field Service Representative to act as the regional technical guide for Gulfstream aircraft in Savannah, GA, with Italy assignments. You will support AOG and non-AOG events, coordinate with Ops, vendors, and customer teams to deliver timely solutions and maintain high service levels.

You will bring an A&P background, strong communication, and a proactive attitude to troubleshoot complex aircraft issues and ensure smooth maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation maintenance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years combined experience in aviation maintenance or related roles.
• A&P license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer regional technical guide for Gulfstream aircraft, both AOG and non-AOG.
• Coordinate with TechOps, FAST, vendor reps and customers to resolve issues.
• Act as SME for local customs to support technical events and operations.
• Support COR briefings for smooth EIS deliveries and transition activities.
• Escalate critical issues to management and maintain clear status communications.
• Provide guidance on installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and modifications of Gulfstream systems.
