Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, a General Dynamics subsidiary, seeks a Field Service Representative to serve as the customer’s regional technical liaison for Gulfstream aircraft in Europe. The role requires extensive aircraft maintenance knowledge and strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Applicants should hold an A&P or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s in aviation maintenance and at least five years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation maintenance or related field.
• A&P license preferred; 5 years combined experience in aviation.
• Must be able to legally reside and work in EU/Italy without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to customers on Gulfstream aircraft.
• Coordinate between COR, TechOps, and customer during AOG or non-AOG events.
• Act as SME for local aircraft operations and maintenance procedures.
• Escalate complex technical issues to Gulfstream management.
• Prepare timely reports and SOP updates based on lessons learned.
