Job summary

TARCG has been appointed to identify an experienced Field Service Representative for the European customer support organisation of a leading international business aviation group. The role operates across Italy and the wider European region, acting as the technical interface between operators and the company. It is home/field-based, travel up to 75%, requires EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 (or FAA), Gulfstream experience, fluent English, and EU work rights.

Qualifications

• EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 licence or FAA licence.
• Gulfstream aircraft experience.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in a customer-facing role.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional technical point of contact for aircraft operators and flight departments.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support across the assigned territory.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of aircraft defects and technical issues.
• Support and coordinate AOG and non-AOG events.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with operators throughout the region.
