Job summary

Gulfstream is seeking a Field Service Representative to serve as the customer’s regional technical liaison, delivering timely guidance and solutions across Gulfstream products. This role requires frequent travel (up to 75%), with Michigan as a primary area of responsibility and potential expansion at management’s discretion.

The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, support COR briefings for EIS deliveries, and maintain clear communications throughout events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation maintenance or related curriculum
• 5 years combined experience, A&P license preferred
• Valid passport required and ability to travel frequently
• Experience with Gulfstream large-cabin and mid-cabin aircraft highly desired

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and customer support for Gulfstream aircraft (AOG and non-AOG)
• Coordinate with TechOps, FAST, vendors, and customers during events
• Liaise between Gulfstream and customers, communicating status and escalation needs
• Manage logistics, resources and vendors to repair aircraft worldwide
• Guide customers on installation, maintenance, and service tasks
• Prepare and share technical reports, ASRs, and SOP updates
• Develop Sr Field Service Representative skills and report significant issues to management
