Qualifications
- Fluent or native Italian (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in customer service or travel industry preferred.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class assistance to Avis customers regarding rentals and travel logistics.
- Manage reservations inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with high professional standards.
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure a seamless travel experience for each client.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in travel industry CRMs.
- Collaborate with international team members to uphold the premium Avis brand image.
- Provide guidance on travel insurance, vehicle categories, and service packages.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service protocols to enhance satisfaction.
