You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document interactions in our CRM, stay updated on products, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to facilitate conversations with a diverse range of customers while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and training new team members by sharing best practices and insights from your experience.
