Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Valid EU passport
• Interest in technology and consumer electronics
• Experience in customer service or high-volume call center preferred
• Relocation to Greece required

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality technical and product support to Italian-speaking customers.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat with focus on first-call resolution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through product setups.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer electronics trends.
• Document interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex concerns.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for response time and customer satisfaction.
