Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our Sofia, Bulgaria team. You will support Italian-speaking players across live chat, email, and tickets, helping with accounts, purchases, and access.

This on-site role offers a fully paid relocation package, a €1,500 signing bonus, structured training, and growth opportunities within a dynamic gaming and Esports environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian language required.
• EU passport required.
• Passion for gaming and esports.
• Good English for international teams.
• On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria with rotating shifts.
• Experience in gaming or digital entertainment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide Italian-speaking player support via live chat, email and tickets.
• Assist players with account queries including login, purchases and platform access.
• Troubleshoot gameplay issues and escalate complex cases.
• Moderate player interactions per guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Inform players about game updates, patches, events and promotions.
• Log interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with QA, devs, and community managers to relay feedback.
• Represent the client brand professionally to Italian-speaking players.
