Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written.
• EU passport required to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding Italian-speaking customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Log, track, and manage customer interactions in the CRM with up-to-date documentation.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve in line with SLAs.
• Escalate complex cases to internal departments with follow-up to ensure a positive outcome.
