Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This 100% onsite role focuses on producing high-quality, well-structured data for AI models, with emphasis on accurate and consistent labeling of language data.

Responsibilities include evaluating model outputs, auditing data, applying guidelines, and communicating insights to improve evaluation frameworks. Must reside near onsite locations in the US and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Formación

• Native-level fluency in Italian.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification in a related field.
• Strong written communication skills and language fundamentals.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to ask questions and escalation when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior — identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully — and flag when they don't reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
