The role emphasizes data quality, model evaluation, and human judgment, requiring curiosity and clear communication. This 100% onsite position requires residency or commuting ability to several listed US cities.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Italian is required.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience.
• Ability to apply complex writing rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior to identify patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag mismatches with real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Collaborate with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
