Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Предоставлять высококачественную поддержку итальянскоязычным клиентам по телефону, email и чату.
• Решать сложные запросы с профессионализмом, эмпатией и эффективностью, обеспечивая удовлетворение клиентов.
• Поддерживать знание продуктов и услуг клиента для предоставления точной информации.
• Выявлять возможности улучшения сервиса и поднимать технические вопросы в соответствующие отделы.
• Сотрудничать с международной командой для поддержания высокого уровня сервиса в проектах.
• Документировать взаимодействия в CRM и эффективно фиксировать отзывы клиентов.
• Соблюдать голос бренда и строгие требования качества проектов.
