Job summary

Securis in Chantilly, Virginia is seeking an ITAD Process Engineer to join the leadership team and own the development of secure testing, data sanitization, and workflow design.

You will split your time roughly 50/50 between the warehouse floor and workstation, researching emerging technologies, configuring Salesforce and Blancco, and engineering more efficient workflows to support scalable ITAD operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ITAD operations experience on warehouse floor testing, wiping, grading, and processing enterprise technology.
• Deep expertise in NIST data sanitization standards and secure wiping methodologies.
• Experience with testing enterprise hardware, servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Advanced experience configuring Blancco, Salesforce, or comparable ITAD platforms.
• Strong communication and technical training skills with ability to influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, development, and implementation of secure testing, grading, and data sanitization processes for enterprise technologies.
• Evaluate new categories of IT assets and develop repeatable processes to expand service offerings and maximize secondary-market value.
• Continuously evaluate diagnostic software and automation tools to improve capabilities.
• Build business cases and ROI analyses for software and tool investments.
• Stay ahead of evolving enterprise hardware platforms and data sanitization standards.
