Job summary

Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) seeks a Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute tests for the ATRT Enterprise Platform in a classified lab environment. You will maintain SRVMs, allocate requirements to test procedures, and communicate results to cross‑functional teams to aid issue isolation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CS/IT/Engineering/Physics/Math.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering, software and/or testing environments.
• Ability to quickly learn new applications and tools.
• Familiarity with automated test tools.
• Understanding of System Requirement Verification Matrices (SRVM).
• Understanding of test coverage and requirement allocation.
• Experience with source control and bug tracking tools (Git, Jira).

• Develop, implement, and analyze System Requirements Verification Matrices (SRVM).
• Allocate requirements and use cases to test procedures with development teams.
• Configure and manage test environments.
• Develop and implement automated testing strategies using IDT’s ATRT Test Manager.

• Create test reports summarizing testing activities and results.
• Support and improve testing processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
