Job summary

Sprout, a global IT hardware retirement provider, is seeking an ITAD Operator to identify, sort, and de-manufacture IT assets in alignment with Sprout’s standards. You will ensure accurate categorization, safe handling, and data-sanitization during asset disposition.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year ITAD/reverse logistics experience, strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and leadership ability. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional overtime in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year ITAD or reverse logistics experience with Lean/Six Sigma
• Advanced technical knowledge of ITAD processes and troubleshooting
• Leadership experience and ability to manage special projects independently

Responsibilities

• Identify and categorize IT assets and consumer electronics.
• Safely transport materials across the site.
• Keep workstations and stock areas organized.
• Disassemble IT assets into parts for recycling or disposal.
• Adhere to operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain data security per data-sanitization standards (0 data escapes).
• Assist in audits related to process, compliance and inventory control.
