Job summary

RecycleMax Inc. is hiring a Business Development Associate to promote IT Asset Dispositioning Services (ITAD). You will identify opportunities, reach out via phone and email, and build strong relationships with IT officers at client organizations.

The role starts with base pay of $16/hr. After training and full role ownership, you will receive commissions and bonuses based on performance. Training is provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development, preferably within ITAD or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of information technology assets and data security.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, environmental science, or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain virtual relationships with clients and partners.
• Research and identify potential clients within the ITAD industry.
• Prepare and deliver marketing pitches and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Play an active role in expanding the marketing department and assisting in business development strategies.
• Coordinate with the operations team to understand service capabilities and limitations.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and finalize agreements.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor promotions, and regulatory developments in ITAD.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual client outreach targets.
• Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve offerings.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company and find opportunities.
