Job summary

Milestone is seeking an IT Walk-Up/Logistics Technician to join our logistics team in Pleasanton, CA. The role focuses on deploying IT equipment, managing inventory, and delivering white-glove service to internal employees face-to-face, via chat, and by phone.

You will support Windows and Mac environments, assist with desk-side deployments, and assist with receiving shipments, inventory verification, and basic troubleshooting of connectivity, VPN, and collaboration tools, while maintaining

Qualifications

Two years in IT helpdesk or related role.
Two years in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or related fields.
Strong communication, written and verbal, with the ability to educate users.

Responsibilities

Provide white-glove concierge-level support to internal employees face-to-face, via chat, and over the phone.
Keep users updated on incidents, requests, or problems.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including VPN, remote access, and secure Wi-Fi.
Support users on applications and tools (Office 365, Zoom, WebEx, Cisco Jabber) on Windows and Mac.
Perform deployment services including desk setup and on-site support.
Receive and process equipment from suppliers and manage inventory.
