Job Description

• Support the onboarding of technology suppliers by coordinating required documentation, compliance reviews, and internal approvals.
• Maintain awareness of vendor agreement timelines and assist with contract extensions, renewals, and offboarding activities.
• Track supplier performance through scorecards, KPIs, and service metrics to support ongoing vendor reviews.
• Coordinate issue resolution activities, monitor escalations, and ensure timely follow-up on vendor‑related concerns.
• Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of vendor governance frameworks, processes, and best practices.

IT Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

• Manage sourcing initiatives for IT products and services, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier assessments, negotiations, and contract renewals.
• Gather and analyze pricing proposals, service offerings, and commercial terms to support vendor selection decisions.
• Work closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to identify purchasing needs and procurement schedules.
• Assist in preparing procurement documentation, purchase requests, and related approval workflows.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, amendments, and supporting procurement documentation.
• Partner with legal, cybersecurity, privacy, and risk teams to ensure contractual protections and compliance requirements are appropriately addressed.
• Monitor supplier adherence to company policies, licensing obligations, and audit readiness standards.
• Validate vendor billing and invoices for accuracy, contractual alignment, and proper authorization.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Support

• Collaborate with IT departments to procure hardware, software, cloud solutions, SaaS subscriptions, networking equipment, and professional services.
• Support budgeting activities, spend analysis, savings tracking, and procurement reporting initiatives.
• Guide internal stakeholders through procurement policies, procedures, and purchasing processes.

Qualifications & Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT procurement, supplier management, sourcing, or purchasing functions.
• Demonstrated experience working with vendor agreements, supplier communications, and procurement platforms.
• Hands‑on involvement with contract reviews, sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and renewal management.
• Experience influencing and partnering with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including external vendors.
• Knowledge of software licensing structures such as perpetual licensing, subscription‑based models, SaaS agreements, and related service contracts.
• Experience working with Value‑Added Resellers (VARs) and technology vendors.
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle management and software license compliance reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
