Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Director IT, Strategic Initiatives to lead a cross-functional portfolio delivering critical business outcomes for Honeywell’s Process Technology SBG.

You will partner with the PT IT M&A Integration Leader to support planning, governance, execution, and value realization across inorganic growth opportunities including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, delivering results through strong execution against the value thesis.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in IT program/project/strategy roles.
• Experience leading enablement activities in large transactions (acquisitions, separations, JV).
• Strong cross-functional influence and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Finance, Enterprise IT and PT leaders to assess technology risks and synergies for inorganic opportunities.
• Support IT due diligence, integration, and separation activities across PT transactions.
• Translate deal theses into IT execution plans aligned to synergy capture and growth objectives.
• Ensure alignment of applications, data, infrastructure, OT and cybersecurity with PT strategies and standards.
• Provide visibility into synergy realization, cost, risk and execution health for leadership.
• Manage a portfolio of M&A and PT transformation initiatives with prioritization and governance.
