You will coordinate strategic programs, develop clear communications, and ensure governance across global teams. You will gather and present data to inform decisions, manage multiple workstreams, and partner with IT leadership to deliver on business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience in project or program management within a complex or global organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex information and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams or locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic IT initiatives supporting transformation and business objectives.
• Partner with CIO and IT Leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Gather, analyze, and present information for effective decision-making.
• Manage governance activities and multiple project workstreams.
• Develop communications and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate collaboration among global stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Support project portfolio planning and demand management across IT.
