Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Project Coordinator – Technical Services Specialist to support labeling and packaging operations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

You will relay project updates, manage label design and production, and ensure translations and regulatory requirements are met on schedule, collaborating across Quality, Operations, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Project Management, Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in regulated pharma/biotech or medical device manufacturing.
• Knowledge of label design, printing, or packaging operations.
• Strong proofreading and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and internal teams to relay project updates, resolve issues, and maintain effective cross‑functional communication.
• Coordinate label design, proofing, approval, and production activities to support packaging operations and project timelines.
• Create, revise, and maintain label designs, proofs, and printed samples for client review and approval.
• Collaborate with Project Management and other stakeholders to ensure labeling requirements and translations are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage label production schedules, inventory levels, and documentation to support uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure labeling processes comply with cGMP requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Partner with Quality, Operations, Purchasing, and external vendors to support investigations, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and sustainability by following established procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
