Qualifications

• Extensive and proven experience in business transformation, enterprise PMO, and related fields.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes in global, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions without direct authority.
• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
• Strong governance, portfolio management, strategic planning, and transformation delivery knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise transformation programmes across the Advanced Synthesis platform, ensuring delivery of strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
• Lead the execution of high-impact business initiatives spanning multiple functions, business units, and global regions, driving measurable value creation and business outcomes.
• Establish and govern transformation frameworks, operating models, prioritization processes, and execution standards to drive accountability across the organization.
• Chair executive governance forums, steering committees, and strategic reviews for timely decision-making and issue resolution.
• Drive prioritization and resource allocation discussions with senior leaders to maximize business impact.
• Identify enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and barriers, driving mitigation plans and corrective actions.
• Lead global cross-functional workstreams across commercial, operational, technical, quality, finance, strategy, and corporate functions.
• Measure programme performance through KPIs and value realization frameworks.
• Champion continuous improvement of transformation capabilities and governance processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on transformation strategy and M&A integration.
