Job summary

Lonza in Tampa, FL is seeking a Project Manager Coordinator & Communications to support IT transformation initiatives, coordinating governance and communications with senior leaders and global stakeholders.

You will deliver data-driven insights, manage multiple workstreams, and create clear presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling aligned decision-making and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in project or program management within a complex or global organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze complex information and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams, functions, or geographic locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic IT initiatives supporting transformation and objectives.
• Partner with the CIO and IT Leadership Team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Gather, analyze, and present information that supports effective decision-making.
• Manage governance activities and coordinate multiple project workstreams.
• Develop clear communications and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate collaboration among global stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Support project portfolio planning and demand management across the IT organization.
