Responsibilities
- Own and execute the technology agenda for Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions.
- Lead enterprise transformation and platform modernization across SAP/ERP, Salesforce, CPQ, e-commerce, supply chain, cloud, and related digital solutions.
- Connect systems, data, and processes to simplify operations and standardize scalable commercial processes.
- Define and track KPIs for adoption, customer value, operational performance, resilience, and financial impact.
