Job summary

MetaPhase is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support the ICE ITaCS initiative, helping federal users adopt and effectively use IT systems. The role covers designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, creating instructional content, and measuring learning outcomes in a hybrid Washington, DC environment.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and experience with Agile training, instructional design, and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, education, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in an Agile environment with training program execution.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools for content delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational objectives and identified skill gaps.
• Implement and evaluate training initiatives, using feedback to adjust content.
• Create instructional products and materials, including e-learning modules and user guides.
• Utilize LMS to deliver content and track learner progress.
• Ensure materials meet Section 508 accessibility standards.
