Technical Assent seeks a Consultant - Training and Adoption Specialist to drive user readiness for new technologies by building training programs, user guides, and leading training sessions in the Washington, DC area.

The role emphasizes developing materials, delivering training, and supporting technology adoption, with client-site work and limited remote options. A MCT or APTD certification is required, with degree pathways as noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 4+ years of relevant experience, or MA/MS with 2+ years.
• MCT or APTD certification required; may substitute for degree with four years of experience.
• Experience in developing training materials, conducting user training, and supporting technology adoption.
• Work location on client site in Washington, DC; remote work may be authorized on a limited basis.
