Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver technical or software training.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Experience creating training materials, guides, and videos.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging one-on-one and group technology training.
• Lead technology orientation and training for new hires.
• Develop training courses, presentations, guides, videos, and other learning materials.
• Build introductory and advanced training programs based on user needs.
• Maintain knowledge of internal applications, systems, and technology.
• Identify best practices and more efficient ways for employees to use technology.
• Partner with IT to evaluate new applications, features, and systems.
• Translate software updates and changes into clear, practical training.
• Work with IT to troubleshoot user issues and reinforce solutions through education.
• Assess user needs and connect them with the right technology solutions.
• Maintain training records and gather user feedback.
• Help establish and maintain a centralized technology training platform.
