This role requires experience designing training programs and engaging with stakeholders. The trainer will create diverse print materials and collaborate with vendors. This is an immediate requirement based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of work experience.
• 3 or more years in IT, including at least one year in a training coordination role.
• Experience with computer-based training design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop training content for various software applications.
• Learn software applications with limited access to resources.
• Apply the ADDIE process to design instruction.
• Engage technical team members and business stakeholders proactively.
• Create print content like job aids and presentations.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for training materials.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience with training design and delivery

Experience with desktop publishing tools

Strong understanding of document formatting
