Qualifications

• 4+ years developing training content for IT applications.
• 2+ years in instructional design and storyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT application training classes.
• Develop/update training materials and content.
• Publish training schedules within the Client LMS.
• Collaborate with business units to improve training delivery.
• Compile information into presentations and user manuals.
