Job summary

Aptus Solutions Inc. is seeking an IT Trainer to develop training content for various software applications. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and 3+ years in IT training coordination.

This role requires experience designing training programs and engaging with stakeholders. The trainer will create diverse print materials and collaborate with vendors. This is an immediate requirement based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of work experience.
• 3 or more years in IT, including at least one year in a training coordination role.
• Experience with computer-based training design and delivery.

Duration: 12 month

The role requires someone with experience developing training content for multiple software platforms. SAP training is acceptable, but the role is not limited to SAP trainers.

Responsibilities

• Develop training content for various software applications.
• Learn software applications with limited access to resources such as materials and SMEs.
• Apply the ADDIE process to design instruction.
• Engage technical team members and business stakeholders proactively.
• Create print content such as job aids, workbooks, quick reference guides, user guides, and presentations.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to supplement internal training materials and delivery.
