Job summary

SNI Companies is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve technology training across the organization, ensuring end users are proficient with software and tools needed to perform their roles.

The role blends classroom instruction, virtual training, and eLearning development, with end-user support and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams in Los Angeles. Strong MS 365 knowledge and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of technical training, technology enablement, or related experience.
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning-based training programs.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Experience administering or working within a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience creating digital learning content, training videos, and online learning resources.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and teach new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, promote, and evaluate technology training programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels.
• Conduct new hire technology onboarding and follow-up training programs.
• Develop and facilitate customized training programs for departments, teams, practice groups, and individual users.
• Adapt delivery methods to varying learning styles and skill levels.
• Create and maintain training materials including quick reference guides, visual aids, and eLearning modules.
• Develop digital learning content utilizing modern eLearning platforms and video tools.
• Maintain training calendars and LMS course enrollment, attendance, and progress.
