Job summary

Astreya is seeking a senior program leader to serve as a central integration point for the IT Third-Party Strategy and Operations team. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, coordinate across OCIO, sourcing, finance, architecture, and delivery, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and timelines.

The role requires leading complex initiatives across contract governance, vendor management, labor programs, and financial oversight, with executive communication and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of job-related experience.
• PMI-PMP certification (preferred).
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives aligning contract governance, vendor management, labor programs, and financial oversight.
• Coordinate interdependencies across OCIO, sourcing, finance, architecture, delivery teams, and partners.
• Maintain operating cadence with milestones, risks, decisions, and action items.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive alignment across the third-party ecosystem.
• Monitor program performance, including budgets and key metrics, with data-driven insights.
• Provide executive-ready updates and communications on status, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify process improvements and governance enhancements for third-party management.
