Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a motivated candidate to join our team for a 2-month project.

The role focuses on L1 deskside support for M365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune. Expected experience is 4–6 years with BE education. Interview via video/virtual format.

Qualifications

• Provide L1 deskside support for M365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune).

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 deskside support for M365 components (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune).
• Handle Outlook issues, MFA/password issues, mailbox and access issues.
• Support mobile device migration and user onboarding activities.
• Provide support for M365 Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migration issues.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for issue resolution and escalation.
