Responsibilities

• Provide PC/telecommunications support including hardware/software installation and configuration.
• Document symptoms and relay to support team; provide phone/remote/in-person support.
• Train and assist users; create and manage databases, procedures, and equipment inventory.
• Troubleshoot PCs and system hardware/software; coordinate with vendors.
• Load and test computer software; relocate equipment; manage security and access.
• Collect data for reports and analysis.
