The Nevada Supreme Court is seeking an IT Technician in Las Vegas to provide end-user support, diagnose issues, and maintain printers and AV systems. You will assist with software, hardware, and telecommunications setup, while contributing to IT projects and ensuring smooth courtroom technology operations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Proactive troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Customer service mindset with clear, patient communication.
• Experience with service desk operations, inventory management, and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with PDQ, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic, high-quality user support with timely responses.
• Diagnose and resolve user issues with research and diagnostics.
• Maintain printer operations, toner replacement, and access control.
• Assist users with office software and telecom equipment setup.
• Support hardware and software purchasing processes and keep inventory records.
• Install and maintain computers, printers, and software for optimal performance.
• Collaborate on IT projects to improve operations and policies.
• Operate and troubleshoot courtroom audio/visual equipment for sessions.
