• Microsoft Office suite and tools for secure data management.
• Equipment installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Current industry standards for hardware, software, and network security.
• Communication techniques for written, oral, and visual media.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and training on A/V, network, and IT systems, ensuring secure and effective use.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, taking responsibility for timely solutions.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including monitoring and updating systems.
• Evaluate and recommend secure technology solutions based on user needs and court standards.
• Document system configurations, security protocols, and procedures clearly and concisely.
• Stay updated on technology trends, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices.
• Establish and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with teams to meet court objectives.
